Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.
Before you start
An active subscription must be cancelled first. The app will point you to the store’s Manage Subscription page if you have one.
Steps
- Open Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type your email to confirm.
The 30-day window
Deletion is not instant. Sign back in within 30 days and your account is restored. After 30 days, your entries, memories, and settings are unrecoverable.
Tip: Export your data first. See Export Your Data in the Settings section.
