Tap Continue with Apple (iOS) or Continue with Google. Accounts with the same email link up and become the same journal automatically.

Sign out
- Open Settings.
- Tap Sign Out and confirm.
Note: Signing out doesn’t delete anything. Your journal will be there when you sign back in.
