Can’t Sign in (Apple or Google)
Sign-in trouble is almost always quick to fix. Here’s the checklist.
First checks
- Check your internet connection.
- Wait a moment and try again.
- Make sure your phone is signed in to the Apple or Google account you want to use.
Login options
iOS allows both Apple and Google login. On Android, use Google login.
Still stuck
