Entry Location
Your journal can remember where life happened. Journoo adds a location when an entry starts, and you can change it any time.
How location works
- With location permission on, Journoo captures where you are when you start an entry.
- The entry’s date label shows the place name. No location yet? It shows Add location.
Set or change the location
- Tap the date label at the top of an entry.
- Search for a place, drag the pin on the map, or pick Current Location.
- Want to remember this spot? Tap Name this place to save it for next time.
Notes on location:
- Saved places and nearby suggestions appear in the picker.
- Distances follow your Metric or Imperial setting.
- If your phone blocks location access, Journoo shows Open Settings to turn it back on.
- From the same label you can also change an entry’s date and time.
