Wrote an entry and can’t find it? It’s almost always one of these.
Check filters
Active filters hide everything that doesn’t match. Tap each chip’s X to clear them.
Refresh
Pull down on the Entries list to refresh. Also try force closing the app and reopening it.
Check drafts
Unfinished entries appear only in the Continue Writing on Home. Tap one to open and resume where you left off.
Still missing
Contact us with the entry’s date and roughly when you wrote it.
